The Point ( ? - 1987)
Audley left this popular NC band around '87 to join......
Sidewinder (1987 - 1989)
An extremely popular covers band in the NC area, playing Bad Company and Led
Zeppelin tunes, among others. Cry of Love bassist Robert Kearns also did a stint
in this band (although this Webmaster does not know if both Audley and Robert
were ever in the band at the same time). Audley left Sidewinder around 1989.

Pee Wee was the former vocalist for 'Nantucket'.

The Black Crowes (1998 - 2002)
Toured for the 'By Your Side' album and recorded the 'Live at the Greek'
(f/Jimmy page). Considered a full-time member of the band for the 2001 'Lions'
album, despite limited contribution to the recording of that album.

A touring band formed by Audley
and Alvin by email! Original numbers and covers. The name is a character in
the 70's western flick, "Zachariah" played by Elvin Jones. In the
movie Job Cain's band was 'The James Gang', which all members of this band dig.

Joining a revised version of this Chris Robinson solo project, Audley contributed

An AC/DC tribute band performed in Drag! Performed for a New Years Show and
a Halloween! I believe these shows may have been performed as part of a benefit

Hey Hey Hey (2004 - present)
A club band formed, most likely, for fun. Plays in and around Audley's new home
town of Nashville. Steve Gorman has now rejoined the Crowes and so am not sure
who now occupies the Drum Seat. (Steve declined the original invitation to a
Crowes reformation in Jan 2005).
